If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received from CRĀVE, we will happily accept returns on full priced items within 30 days of receiving the order for either an exchange or store credit, providing that the product is:
– Unworn and returned in the original condition.
– Have all the tags, and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging, without postage labels.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item/s.
Please also choose carefully when deciding on product/s you wish to purchase as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we will be happy to discuss the details of your return via email at: email@example.com
CRĀVE: SALE RETURNS
All items purchased on sale are final unless the product is deemed faulty so, please be mindful when selecting.
To file a return/exchange, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org. If eligible for a return/exchange you will be contacted via email within two business days with the return instructions.
If you consider your item to be faulty, please complete the form below and our customer services team will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
Faulty items returned within the U.S. will be sent a USPS Postage pre-paid return shipping label. If located outside of U.S. we recommend using a reputable postage service with tracking as CRĀVE is not liable for any lost returned items. CRĀVE will reimburse the standard shipping cost onto your original form of payment or PayPal account.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email from CRĀVE, with either an invoice for a new item or a gift card code.
